Online Voting / Poll

With a key objective of any website being to make every attempt to interact with a visitor, it is sometimes useful to gain their trust and acceptance without overtly demanding their contact details.

The Online Poll achieves this by inviting the homepage visitor to take place in a single question poll and offer their opinion on some topical subject which you define.

Once they have answered the poll by choosing an from a list of possible answers, they are able to view the results and see how their vote compared with those already cast. The hope and intention of this is that they will then remember to return at some later date to check out the results again. Whilst this is a small option, it does subtly encourage user interaction which is needed when building confidence with the visitor in order to step towards direct contact.

The Online Poll module allows you to define your own questions and answer, only one poll can be shown at any one time and you will need to contact Officepark support to enable any new poll. A question can have up to 12 answers each of which are selected by a single radio button.
