Officepark Customers benefit from a complete support service and the backup of our team of developers. In the first instance support requests can either be made by phone or online. Support issues are categorised into the following priorities and are dealt with on a priority basis: Level 1Critical Issue causing website down or email unavailable. In this instance we assign the top priority and work on the issue to get it resolved with the minimum of disruption. Such events are rare occassions but when they happen you can be assured that everything possible will be done to resolve the issue. Level 2Website Function not Working or Broken Link. These are areas where an error is found in a website or something does not appear to be operating as it should. These issues are usaually not able to be dealt with through the Content Management System and require technical assistance. Officepark aim to resolve such issues as soon as possible but they are not prioritised over server down issues (see level 1). Level 3Changes to website content. Most of our sites utilise our content management system and allow clients to make their own modifications. On occassions these can be performed by Officepark, we try where possible to ensure that simple content modifications are completed within 3 working days, in practise most happen within 1 day or less.
